was on the MLS site and we had received a call asking who they should contact to see the house! The sign in our frtont yard did not go up until Monday, and by that time we had 4 showings on it due to Lorrie's quick input to the MLS. We had already purchased another home and were hoping that we could list, sell and close in 90 days.
