Regal Carpet and Tile Care

It was very hot in the house at the time and they did not complain about anything. They were very friendly and very good.

Scot and Alex did a nice job of cleaning our carpet.  The price was reasonable and the work was top notch.  Will hire again.

They came and took our rugs away, cleaned them and brought them back.  They even put the rugs in place for us.  Could not be happier !  Thanks, guys !

They came out first to give an estimate. The renters who moved out had two bull dogs and the house smelled like dog. There was also a large rust stain on the living room carpet from a sleeper sofa. I really was worried about that coming out as the carpet would need to be replaced if it didn't. Since the house was empty they came in within a few days of the estimate.
The rust stain came out beautifully, only if you know exactly where to look can you see any trace of it. The whole house smelled cleaner and less like dog! They told me that once it dried there might still be a dog smell and to let them know if that happened. It did! So they brought out an ozone machine and ran that for a few days. That really took the odor out. AND there was no extra charge for doing that. I was pleased and would use them again.

Worker showed up exactly on time, went over in detail everything involved, measured the house then gave me an estimate of the cost.  Cost was exactly what they had quoted over the phone.  Scott also did everything he could to get someone out to me as soon as possible.  Great company to work with.

Scotty was very pleasant & professional from the initial call down to completing the job.  He was thorough in explaining their cleaning steps, what to expect from the type of carpet that was cleaned, and what the charges would be.  He was also quick to tell me about a first time customer discount of $30 which was a higher discounted amount than the Angie's List 10% discount that they offer.  I will definitely be using Scotty and his team at Regal in the future for any of my carpet cleaning needs.

I recently moved into the area and bought a home with a popcorn ceiling. I had the ceiling scraped, which badly damaged the existing carpet. I was almost sure that I would have to replace everything, but decided to try to have it cleaned first. We called Regal on a Monday afternoon and by Wednesday someone was sent out to do the cleaning. He was very nice and very helpful...he also did a very good job. At this point, I don't think I will have to replace anything. For a reasonable price (they even mentioned a coupon for first time users) I was able to salvage my carpet!

Was an extremely good experience. 

They came to give an estimate. Each room and carpet were listed individually. This gave me the option to pick and choose what I actually wanted done. This gave me the opportunity to control the price of the total job. 

They first took the area rugs to their shop for cleaning...about a week before the tile cleaning. They timed this so that the rugs would be ready for return just after the tile and grout were cleaned.

Performed the tile and grout cleaning. They were very professional and used state of the art equipment . The results were wonderful! 

I would highly recommend them.
They even told me how to maintain my tile and even instructed me on how to seal the floors myself. (Although they also perform that service, if desired)

My neighbor told me that she had used this company for several years and would not use anyone else. I received an estimate for the work which was a little bit more than I would have paid had I went with Stanley Steemers coupons from the paper. I decided to go with Regal based on the fact that my friend said they did a great job. The carpets and furniture came out great and the area rug was delivered back to me about a week later looking and feeling much softer. They sent me a nice hand written thank you a couple of days later. I would gladly pay a little bit extra for the personal touch I received.
