I don't really have any dislikes. What I did like was that they showed up on time, even in a rainstorm. They gave me a price to fix it before they actually did fix it. They are punctual and reliable.

It turned out wonderful. It's 95 degrees outside now, and it's 78 degrees inside. I am immensly enjoying it. Two people did the work and it took them about 4 hours. They cleaned up and took everything with them.
