Good service

Dave, Matt and his team did such a great job drawing and executing a landscaping project in front of my home that I contracted Pyle again to build a landscape patio in the back of my house. I highly recommend Pyle!

Fair price and good customer service

Fast response time. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Great service!!

I only talked to David twice, other than that, I dealt with Matt. I would recommend that they take notes and/or rough drawings during the estimate. I had to go over the same stuff during the planning phase that I went over with him during the estimate. Had to have them bring more river rock because the beds were still low. It doesn't matter "what most people like", it matters what I like. I also had to tell them to pick up their cigarette butts. First of all, you shouldn't smoke on someone else's property without permission. Secondly, if you dare to, the customer shouldn't have to tell you to clean up after yourself. Left all my hoses all over the yard and a mess in the driveway that we had to clean up. Matt should stick with conversation about the job and the job only. Personal chit chat should be reserved for friends. I know what I wanted and didn't appreciate some of the negative comments I received about my choices. I do like the work but they could've been just a bit more professional during and after the process. I do have more work to do and would like them to do it since they've already started the process but I hope they take this constructive criticism and make improvements.

Workers did not plant shrubs according to recommendations from the nursery. A year later, 17 out of 18 have died.
