PURCELL CONSTRUCTION

I was very nervous because this was going to be such a large project. I got about a dozen estimates ranging from 21k - 75k. Purcell was one of the best estimates. He was not the cheapest but I went with him because of his professionalism. The owner, Dan, did the estimate himself. The work started right on time and Dan was very good at communicating everything as the project went on. Nash was the head of the crew and was very polite and helpful the entire time they worked on the house. The crew worked very hard in the heat of the summer to get my house done before the rain season started. They never hesitated to answer any questions or explain the process. When the crew found an issue that was going to cost me more money, Dan brought it to my attention immediately along with all of my options. I was very happy to only have one issue. My siding was very old and in poor condition and I was very worried they would find more water damage that was hidden. I was very nervous taking on such an expensive repair/ remodel. I did not know what I was in for and I have heard so many nightmare stories. Dan was very professional when he came to my home and I felt at ease signing a contract with him. I am so grateful I signed with his company. Him and his crew were exceptional. Their work was top notch. They completely transformed the appearance of my house. The crew was a pleasure to have around. I highly recommend this company. They are trust worthy and hard working. I will post pictures to go along with this review soon.
