They came out right on schedule, and where very professional. The job went great no problems at all.
They find the leak in 5 min. I drained the pool, and he came back the next day and had it fixed in 20 min.
This company is the real deal. For some time our pool had lost water steadily so that we needed to add water once or twice a year. Other pool maintenance companies had told us not to worry. It was the time of the year, too cold, too hot, evaporation was normal.
Kim, one of the co-owners, arranged for David to come and check. We were told exactly what it would cost and were guaranteed if there was a leak it would be found. If the repair was to be extensive they would leave us with an estimate for the work - no pressure.
David arrived on the expected day, after calling to confirm what time he was going to be there. He spent about an hour and found a small seepage in the skimmer area but was not satisfied and continued to inspect, using a variety of listening and testing devices. He then showed us exactly where the leak was by using some dye. There was NO DOUBT water was escaping in a 90 degree area of the pool walls where some of the epoxy had worn away.
I have a 90-day warranty but it has been 8 days and we have not had to add water to the pool. Problem solved.
