Very prompt response, really appreciated Tyler opening up the septic tank, especially on such a hot day in order to figure out what the problem was. Thank you! Would definitely recommend!

Called and made arrangements for them to come install a faucet after my kitchen was remodeled. Mike shows up as expected. He must have noticed I was left handed because he offered to change the faucet around so the handle, and hot/cold water were convenient for me to use. The world is made for right handed people so to have something that was convenient for me to use was huge. (Thanks, Mike. That is attention to detail.) It didn't take Mike long to change the faucet around and installed. It has worked flawlessly every since.
Called On Deck Plumbing again recently when I noticed a slow leak in my yard. Made arrangements for them to come the next day. (I was asked if I felt it was an emergency and did they need to come that night. I told them no, the next day was good.) Again, Mike shows up and has the source of the leak located and fixed in no time. The charge for this was $175 which I felt was very fair. I felt this was a honest company who provided a professional plumbing service at a fair price. I have recommended them to friends and family and will call again.
