PLEASE IGNORE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS AND READ THIS. This is not the type of people you want to do business with. I had them come out to look at my dishwasher. This dishwasher had been in place for almost three weeks and never leaked a drop. They left and somehow caused the dishwasher to leak and for several hours my house was flooding. They came over same day and tore out all the wet flooring and hired ServPro to run fans. My flooring was laminate and is not installed in a way to tear out down the middle. Several pieces they left are damaged or broken. The baseboards have to come off in order to install the flooring properly so that it is underneath the baseboards. And Joe which I believe is the owner bought 12 boxes of flooring which is not even enough to replace what he tore up, no underlayment(I paid for expensive underlayment) even though they removed it, and dropped it off at my house while I was at work. He has since stopped replying to my texts or answering my phone calls. He sent one text today saying he wants to remain on our original agreement? Not even sure what that means since the last time we talked I told him I was having two companies come out to give their opinion and quote to have it installed. Since I should not have to install my own flooring because of a flood they caused. I told them to wait on having their floor guy come so that I could get a second opinion and he said he understood. He asked me to file one with my insurance company for the damage they caused? No chance. I have added screen shots of our texts and the damage to my house. UPDATE: Today Joe contacted me demanding I remove my reviews that caused damage to his reputation or he will do nothing else for me. And said {once I undo the damage I caused then we will talk about resolving my issue}. How professional.
