Successful in the promised amount of time

My existing residential sprinkler system was dormant for about eight years and needed an experienced team to restore it to normal operation. Hicks team replaced the old pump, timer and numerous spray heads, including a few underground leaks. Overall a masterful job over just two days to complete. Very satisfied with the result and will use their services again for ongoing maintenance.

I was impressed with the work and the integrity. It was nice that they didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. Mike actually found the cause of one of the valves malfunctioning, which meant it didn't need replacing, after all. It's so nice to be treated respectfully and to not be overcharged.

Mike and his team are very polite.  They work hard and worked very clean.  They cleaned up their mess and showed respect to my property and my things.  They also showed care around the flower beds and they did a great job of hiding the soaker hoses in the rocks and mulch. Mike was flexible and agreed to add a few options on at the last minute for a reasonable price.   They arrived right around 9am each day and worked all day long.   The price was the best in town and his references, which I tracked down from public permit records, were excellent.   He did the work for half the price of most estimates.   If I had one complaint, it was a little hard to track him down and get an understanding when he would start the job.  But given the end result, that certainly is almost forgotten in my mind and worth the little frustration I had.
