They, the contractor will not even come out and look at the unit, they say it is too far, they are in Lakeland, and they say that it is over a year old, but as I stated the unit had problem twice last year, due to a freon leak, which they had to come out and fix, as it was poor workmanship, this unit is cemented in, so there is nothing we did to cause this.  It is less than 2 years old, and this cause the unit to shut down twice with in 1 week period.You would think that they would at least come look at the unit and see if it was placed incorrectly with the back lower than the front, which is where the water drains, can't drain up hill, for a while it did, until it got totaly blocked with the algea, which ours did.  Hopefully everyone will read this and decide against this contractor, which we didn't have that option, as the builder picked them.
