After only two visits she just didn’t show up after we talked about how important the next cleaning was, because it was for our annual meeting. She assured me it would get done 2 days prior. She never showed up, quit answering her phone or texts, and she had our keys. I finally had to drive to her house after no response. She just handed me the key and closed the door. Very unprofessional!
