Mr Martin took my call about our ice maker not working in our 4 year old General Electric refrigerator. Since I had researched the problem and pretty much knew I needed a new ice maker but he came out to confirm that. After his initial visit which was very timely he immediately went out to purchase the replacement ice maker. He returned an replaced the defective ice maker with a brand new General Electric brand part.
