We hold General, Roofing, and Air Conditioning state licenses and are able to provide these services in house which will save you money. We have been servicing Lakeland since 1992. We don't take chances with unproven brands. We only work with the top manufacturers that have warranties and install them according to specifications. We read the reviews of Marshall's roofing on Angie's list. We received more than three quotes from local roofers. Marshall's roofing e-mailed their quote. We are very pleased with the speed and professionalism of this company.

Marshall caused me terrible lost and I am having to suit Marshall . I initially wrote Marshall a good report. When I returned to my house in FL the roof has leaked and the entire house had black mold on the ceilings and walls. William came out and said the squirrels has chewed up the plastic boots on the vent pipes. The worst leak was caused by water backing up under the new roof. This was because Marshall's people did not remove all the old foam roof and the old foam created a water dam allowing the water to back up under the new roof . This has cause my alot stress and cost. I had to have the entire interior of the house tore out and replaced at a cost of 10,000's. William at Marshall just blew me off and said my and his insurance would sort it out. My homeowner does not cover mold in FL. I am having to suit Marshall for my lost.

"[member name removed] is correct about his damage throughout his home but the leaks were caused by all three of his rubber boots being chewed off all the way down to his new metal roof and I took pictures to show him, The main problem is that he was gone for six months through the rainy season without anyone to check in the inside of his home. This was a bad situation that his homeowners insurance should take care of. I have never blown off [member name removed] or the severity of his situation, I have returned his calls immediately. After I saw what had happened I instructed [member name removed]to call his insurance company and to have them assess the situation because I wanted him to have a second opinion for what had happened. I also told him that if they find fault with something we did that caused this damage that our insurance would pay for it, (that's why we have it) The damage was directly related to the locations where the rubber boots were damaged throughout his home. Now the foam issue that he is talking about is only in one location at the end of his home but the metal was placed over the foam and there would have been no way for the water to travel back up. [member name removed]is a very nice man an this was a very terrible situation but I can't turn in a claim to my insurance company unless the damage throughout his home was our fault."

I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling which I had tried to repair myself with no luck. They looked in my attic and then on my roof. They quickly found the problem to be the sealant around all the pipes was not put on properly by the previous roofer. They put a different more permanent sealer and I've had no problems since. We have had many hard rains since the repair and no leaks! They were here and finished in less than an hour. I will definitely use them again.

William returned my call and came out to the house to inspect the job. He was very personable, and check the leakage problem we had with our flat roof. After inspecting the problem, he not only acknowledged the problem but suggested a pitch roof in a material that would rectify the problem and not cost an enormous amount. He Seemed to really care not only to resolve our issue, but he seemed to take pride in his work and giving us the best options to choose from. His crew did the job in one day, and were very professional and you could tell they liked doing what they were doing. Pride in ones self shows. I was extremely please with their response, and getting the job done in a reasonable amount of time, considering it is the rainy season in Florida. I would recommend them to anyone.

William Marshall came out to home to give us a second quote. William Marshall found nothing wrong with our unit. The first company told us that we needed to replace parts that was said to be burnt out and the whole unit needed to be replaced. William Marshall was very knowledgeable about our problem and quickly fixed the problem and we didn't have to replace the unit. The parts that were said to be burnt and were bad turned out to be working just fine. William showed us things we should replace in the future that were minor. William Marshall is a honest service provider and my husband and I will only use Marshall Air Conditioning company!!!!!

William was very helpful in selecting the shingles.
The premium shingles he recommended was better than ones we one we had selected.
Williams estimate was $4,000 less than the other estimates.
The final price was the same as the estimate.
The work was completed in 3 days with out any problems.
The entire experience was pleasant! AAAAA+

Excellent people from the owners to the workers. If you call Marshalls LLC, you will talk to a Marshall. The start date, finish date and price were exactly as agreed upon with no surprises, The crew was supervised by a member of the Marshall family as well. High quality material and workmanship. Go for the True definition or True Definition Designer series shingles, VERY nice. If you want to support a local business, here you go.

I was looking for a roofing company to fix a leak in my garage. I saw a commercial for Marshall LLC of Lakeland on television. I made an appointment on a Friday for Monday. They were available. That was important. They arrived at 9 am ready to work. They began removing the damaged section. Unfortunately they could not match my shingles even though their samples available were extensive.I discussed it with the foreman and we chose a very close shingle. It was close enough that I was not worried. When they had the damaged sections removed they brought me out to look at the structural damage. One of the Rafters had rotted. They told me that it would be more that the quoted price. I was prepared for an increase so it was not an issue. (I should point out at this time that I told the office the deck was compromised and they quoted me 600 USD because of that.) I approved the work because it was obvious that the structure had been compromised and needed replacement. They finished the work. It looked great. The bill was 600 USD. Just as quoted. I was very pleased and I would use them again.

They are not just roofers. I did not get them off Angie's List. They came out promptly for an estimate. The estimate was free. I could talk all kinds of technical information with the guy about the quality of the shingles and what they were going to put for underlayment and all that kind of stuff. They came a day later and they said they wouldn't. They took money off because of that. They cleaned up really well. The guys who were working here were Spanish speaking guys that I had no trouble with whatsoever. I don't know if it makes a difference to anybody else. They were very polite. I didn't feel uncomfortable walking around or being alone in the house when they were up there pounding on the roof. When we had a small problem, they came promptly and fixed it. They were great. I would recommend them to anybody. They were very reasonable price-wise. I was overall thoroughly satisfied with them. I hope I don't have to use them again, but if I needed something else that they did, I would definitely call them back and see what kind of a price and stuff they would give me. Their card says that they do construction and air-conditioning too.
