 + -1 moreTerrible. Almost nothing both verbally promised and on my legal adendum has been done 2 months after my closing. I feel they are a deceptive company that does not care about the people who spend there hard earned money building a home with them. I even offered to absorb some of the cost to make this correction, even though this was verbally promised (also in writing) to me and my wife from a former employee just to put this whole issue to rest, but they refuse to help at all. Very unhappy
Description of Work: Terrible experience with builder. Hours before closing Maronda required additional money out of pocket, come to find out from there own employee this is common occurance. Told and have in writing upgrades that they refuse to honor. Employee had us go to model home for us to see exactly how our kitchen was to look, built without upgrade, promised to make right and they are not upholding there end of the agreement. Would strongly recommend using different builder as I am not the only homeowner in this development with similar problems.
