The gentleman was very nice and did a good job. He was very late but kept calling and giving me updates as to when he would be here. One of the reasons was he put the wrong address in his gps and ended up on the other side of town. But he was very apologetic about it, things do happen.

Rigo responded within minutes to my service request, unlike Tampa Bay Plumbers LLC or The Plumbers Plumber, Inc., which never responded to the request at all. Not cool when you have an emergency clogged drain issue. Rigo predicted initially that he would be there at 6 PM, and a couple hours later, he updated that with another message verifying that he would indeed be there at 6 PM. At 6 PM on the nose, there he was! Rigo solved our problem within minutes, and was professional and courteous throughout. He explained what he was doing, and cleaned up the work area afterward magnificently. LowCost Plumbing & Rooter will be our go-to service provider for anything in their wheelhouse in the future. Nicely done, Rigo.
