I am not impressed with these people. Maybe I just got the slacker guy. I used them on a referral because I was told that they clean the coil when doing a maintenance check on your a/c system. I was told the first check would be $130 and subsequent checks would be $80. $130 is high for a single maintenance check but I was under the impression that these people gave extra special care. My condo does not have a standard water line for the hose so the coil rinsing was out of the question. O.k. nothing we can do about that but they still charged me $130 and the tech did not even check the charge on the inside capacitor. Probably did not do the outside one either but I was not watching him on that one. I have had more thorough checkups for just $80. I was a quick once over routine!!!

The unit that was installed in our new manufactured house could not keep the house at a 78 degree or lower level. The unit was installed by them so I called them for the repair. I'm going to shorten up the whole episode. They installed the size unit that they were told to by the engineers at Jacobsen homes. It turns out that was not a big enough unit for this size house. While I got no help from Jacobsen and their dealer Citrus/Meadowood, I got lots of help from Lilley. Every person that I dealt with, from the people answering the phone, to the service techs and the installers all were very professional. When they told me what day and about what time they would be here, that's when they showed up. When they showed up they worked hard to do the job right. Mr. Lilley, that's right the owner of the company called and talked to me personally. He advised me that a 1/2 ton bigger unit was needed. They installed the new unit and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Naturally I did have to pay for the difference in price but it was very reasonable. These people are a breadth of fresh air.

I have used them for about 10 years. They are punctual. They don't try to ride the bill. They are professional. They come when they say. I can't find anything that I don't like about these guys. They are extremely honest.

They have excellent response time and punctuality. They are able to get their parts in quick to do the job.
