Inorder to fix this problem 3 people came and finished work in 1 day after work done within 1 & ½ year septic tank was filled again. with household size of 1 family it should usually take 3 to 4 years. so i called liberty septic tank several time and i gave up then i called roto rotor they clean the pipe and run camera through line they told me that your septic tank is not draining out properly because outlet pipe is not levelled properly. Finally when i notified guy name jerry came and told that they are telling truth septic tank is levelled properly and if this happens again called me. same thing no 1 & ¼ year septic tank is filled. i left message twice been told lady  our supervisor will give us call. This is on 06/09/2014 never got phone call. called again by my wife twice been told we will charge $125 to see what's wrong with it. Second time i called another company 2 tech came and empty septic tank & told me the same thing outlet pipe is not levelled as it supposed to. according to Mr jerry  everyone is lying except them. Both of time i end up paying total of $500. I have seen second time outlet pipe &  both guy showed me how it supposed to level. They said it should not get filled in such a short time. Never give them septic work..They dont give call back after several attempts .Each time different answers.Told me to clean the filter instead. Its hassle to handle the situation when septic tank is fulled and you can not use water inside home and these people dont understand the situation.

This the second time they came back to do the job. The first time that I called for the service was the water in the house backed up so they came to snake the pipe .but few days later I noticed the the water backed up again so they came back for the second time that I described above. After the second time it went well but I didn't feel comfortable the way they came to my master bathroom and stayed in there whispering and laughing at where toilet at.my wife said she was uncomfortable. The problem was not related to my master bedroom toilet so it was in appropriated to have three guys in there and tested for awhile. Also tricky services advise to replaced etc.The price is right but unprofessional

Prices were competitive and all work was done on schedule and in a professional manner. I would call them up again in a heartbeat. Very trustworthy.

He came in and gave me an estimate, he looked to see what the problem was and told me what it would cost to fix. It was very reasonable. He was exactly on time, even a couple minutes early. Told me how long it would take, and that was exactly how long it took. He cleaned up after himself, I was very pleased with them. I would use them again in a minute.

It was on a Sunday and we called several plumbers they all said they'd call back, not. Then we called Liberty, was told they would see where their area worker was and call back when they thought he'd be available. Within a few minutes the office called & they said he'd be here in a few minutes. 15 min. later he was there and working on our problem. We were not able to shut off the water from the main. After he was able to shut off the water he went under the house to replace a busted water line and in an hour he was completed. There was a small mess and we said we'd clean up but he told us it was all part of the service. There was a Sun. service charge and an hourly fee, both reasonable and we were ecstatic. Troy couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. We'll be back. Thanks Folks

needing work done for backing up of sewer pipes in house from main line. during holidays.  big job and holiday made it a little tough.  so far so good.
