I used Angie's List to locate this service provider and I was not disappointed. From the moment of introduction, it is clear that the owner, Levy Harrison, has bred a crew that aim to work from a position of integrity to provide excellent maintenance and repair services at a reasonable price. If you catch Levy in the shop, which is very likely, he'll share a smile and a story between assisting clients. He does not hide from customers and his employees have the utmost respect for him. He leads by example, and there's no finer businessman in all of Lakeland.
Levy's does not advertise, so there's no need to keep up with coupons or look for the most recent promotion and determine if you own a vehicle that will benefit from that service. They offer the same pricing and service no matter what hat you wear or car you drive. The facility is suitable for working on a laptop while waiting for an estimate or even while services are being performed. Coffee is included. They are polite and prompt, caring but calm.
I had not expected to need auto maintenance so soon after relocating to Lakeland, but one must keep a car in shape if it is to be reliable. We have already had oil changes, tire rotations, alignment, and break service on 2 of our 3 vehicles. Levy's verified that our tires are in good shape, and we did not need any additional services, so I can only report on these basic provisions. They treated me with consideration, extended extra courtesy when I had a special need, and provided a clean, quiet, friendly environment.
For each of the times we had brake service, they estimated high on time and expense and were pleased to call me sooner than expected for pickup, telling me a lower price than anticipated for payment. I don't like surprises, so even though I did not expect to need this service, it was less painful when supplied at a competitive price in a reasonable period of time. Integrity is alive and well at Levy's. if only more firms and businesses in Lakeland operated this way...people would say Lakeland is a great place to live and I know I will be treated justly when I need to invest in other services.

They change the oil, lube all the steering and shafts, check fluid levels and check belts, brushes, and windshield wipers. I have been using him for the last year and have taken three vehicles to him. I felt like he explained what issues they found and whether they had to be fixed then or could wait. There is no pressure at all. They have kept a car overnight and did not offer a rental car, but I did not need one. They are honest, professional, courteous and there is nothing that I do not like about them.

They are awesome. We have probably used them for 30 years. They are reliable. When they tell you that you need something, you really need it. You can take your car in and say its making a funny noise. When they find out what it is, you can trust them that that is what it is. That's hard to find in car repair.
