We had Lane come out to give us estimates on repairing two damaged vent stack pipes on our roof, and a damaged wood trim panel on the front of our house. During his first visit, he was very professional. He said that he would provide an estimate, which took him well over a week to provide.
We thought Lane's fee for repairing the vent pipes was high, so we hired a different handyman to do it for half the price. Unlike Lane, that service provider was able to do his estimate on the spot. However, that handyman couldn't fix the wood panel, so we hired Lane to do that. He said he would be out in the next few days to take care of it, but never showed up. It's been several months since he made that promise.

BEAUTIFUL JOB WITH CABINETS, JOINTS MATCH AND SPACERS ARE BEAUTIFUL. CORRECT DRYER EXHAUST PIPE NOW ALLOWS FOR WASHER/DRYER TO BE CLOSER TO WALL (PLUS SMALLER EXHAUST RUN INCREASES SAFETY). CLEANED UP WHEN DONE.
