The two year road hazard came with it. It was in and out real quick.

There were some issues with this car and it was time to get rid of it. The next day, we had a new car. Their lounge is very comfortable and usually they did the work in plenty of time. They fixed a couple things I was very grateful for. No pain.

They are a top notch dealership and I am extremely happy with them. They gave me a great deal. I was looking at a used vehicle and they were able to work out a deal. I had a motorcycle also. I traded in both vehicles. I told them I can't spend any more than "X" and they hit it one dollar above what I couldn't spend and that was fine.

This was our first visit and they appear to be honest.  They didn’t recommend any other repairs or try to up sell anything.

The chap that waited on me was excellent.  I have been pleased with their service and quality of work over the years.

I liked that they did hassle me.  Instead they worked to meet my requests and needs.

I didn't like that I went there, and I knew exactly what I was looking for, however the gentleman didn't take my thoughts into consideration, and he showed us cars that did not fit my prescription. He kept telling me that they did not have the car that I wanted, and he kept on haggling me until it was too late for me to go anywhere else. I ended up getting a car, however when I went to a different Toyota for service, and I happened to be asking them about different Toyotas, they told me that they believed that I had been duped on the purchase of the car. They could have gotten me a better deal on a brand new car, then on a certified used car. The resale value of my car is $10000, and I approximately owe them $15000 which is way more, because they sold me an expensive car. I would not use them again. It was disrespectful of him to catch me knowing that I was in a difficult situation.

We will buy from them again in future.
