It arrived with scratches on the top and with a 2inch long by 2 inch wide scrape of the finish on one side. I have never received settlement for the claim I filed. They won't answer my phone calls or my emails. It's been almost 5 months since it arrived.
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Due to some of the larger furniture and the stairs involved, we hired a crew of four. They were on time and were very polite and professional. We elected to get the additional insurance coverage for some of our more valuable pieces. During any move there is always a chance of small damage being done and there was (wall scratched and lamp base broken). The owner promptly dealt with this and all items were covered and paid for. I don't usually recommend people because I have such high expectations, but I would highly recommend Lakeland Moving and Storage for your next move.
