He was very personable and explained things well. The staff were very nice and polite. The facility is small and clean definitely, I wouldn't say up to date but the things that they needed, the equipment they had was fine just like the rooms themselves were kind of older. They didn't spend the money on decor.

They are very personable and very nice. The office staff is nice and the whole experience was fine. He explains the procedure very forthright.
