Johnson's is great! I called for an estimate and Mike was at my house within 15 minutes and gave me a very reasonable quote. He was available to complete the job the next day and was at my house promptly and ready to work. The men were very pleasant and worked diligently and had the tree down and loaded and the area thoroughly cleaned up in a couple of hours. I would definitely use Johnson's again - great work!

Tree was taken out but Johnson's Cut & Trim Tree Service damaged my fence. When I contacted him he tried to deny it. He finally came back out and said he would come over and fix it on Sunday. I waited weeks, making calls to them every couple of days, finally was forced to hire a fence company to make the repair on November 28th, I advised Mr. Johnson of this, prior to the fence company coming out and he agreed to reimburse me for the cost of the repair. Now for the time line. Tree out October 26, Fence repair that I had to arrange on November 28th. I called, called and called, was always promised he would come with the money, end of January I sent him a letter that I was taking this to small claims court, it was then he came over said he would be back on Friday with the money, no show, no call. This continued and continued. He finally came with some money but I had to continuously sit around and wait just for him not to show up or even have the decency to call and say he wasn't coming. He is the most unprofessional, inconsiderate and unreliable person I've ever worked with.

Very prompt and worked quickly

I had a very large laurel oak tree (40+ years old) that had become hazardous. One huge limb had fallen last year,  and I did not want to wait for another disaster.  I contacted several tree companies for estimates. Johnson's Cut & Trim Service responded promptly and gave me the best price for the job, which was to cut down the huge tree, haul away all the wood, and grind out the stump.  The job was finished today,  and I am very happy with the results.  A crew of four men worked for a day and a half to cut down the tree, remove the wood and clean up the yard. These were hard-working guys and they appeared to be experienced and efficient. The stump grinder came after and finished the job today.  I found Mr. Johnson to be prompt and reliable, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs tree work.
