They did resurface the pool. The quality of the materials seemed adequate but the tile work around the top has one area that is not aligned properly. I was going to just let that go, but a few months after the pool was done, the water level would not stay where it should be. I called the owner, Dawn, SEVERAL times and she said it had nothing to do with the surfacing of the pool. She said she would send someone out to check it but never did. I convinced myself it had to be evaporation of the pool, but I kept filling it occasionally and the water level kept dropping to the same level and not below. I called again this year (2014) and again spoke to Dawn's sister who said Dawn would get back to me. She never did. I finally PAID an independent company to come out and check for leaks. There were leaks around 2 of the valves which he patched with putty - a problem we had at other valves before the pool got resurfaced. If it is a surface fix, how good can the job be if the problem is going to happen after it's repaired? I spoke to Dawn's sister again and told her I just paid over $200 to get it fixed and she said Dawn would get back to me. She didn't. This is unacceptable. I would NEVER do business with them again. Recently, my pool cleaners found a missing valve and said that they had surfaced over the screw threads for that one and now that is one more problem - and it was not one that was patched. Horrible customer service. AVOID THEM.
