On March 16th of 2021, I had our pool cage refurbished. I had actually put down a down payment of $1500 on December 14,2020, but they could not get to my pool cage until 2021 (after many calls to the company). The job was finally finished, and the balance paid on March 25, 2021, and looked beautiful. I wrote a glowing review. I should have waited. After several rainy days, I noticed that many of the screws they had replaced were starting to show signs of rust. I have been calling them since then (it is now March 2022) to try to get someone out to my home to correct the problem (which I was told was just a matter of the screws being "screwed too tightly" and they just needed to be "painted over". I had never heard of this and the screws that they took out lasted years (since 1995) before any showed signs of rusting - definitely NOT within a few months and some rain! I am so angry that I paid $6,500 for this awful job and horrible customer service. They were the highest bid, but I fell for the "best for the job" line and the "we stand behind our product" lies. I have contacted them several times but calling and being polite, patient, and "nice" have not worked. I am writing this as a warning to others. I had also believed the glowing reviews.

They provided a quote after measuring everything. The quote seemed on the higher end.

Great, just a long wait after a hurricane which is understandable, a lot of work out there and a material shortage. I think they did the job as soon as could be done.

Really happy with there work, but i mentioned to them to come and look at the leak in that spot, he started blaming the other contractors he hired. I have tried to contact him over again about 4 weeks, but he wont reply to messages.

Very well - for the most part. They were VERY prompt to take care of emergency repairs of the leaking roof [picture buckets and towels to try to save laminate flooring] - which I greatly appreciated! A+ for that part! Remainder of the work took longer - spread out over a few weeks. The rest of the issues they were contracted to take care of were not emergencies, so time frame to complete was not a major issue. The young men who did the work were both very personable and always polite. They worked diligently and they were very conscientious about cleaning up behind themselves. My frustration with this part was the lack of communications to let me know when they were coming - they just showed up and did what they could, when they could. I understand they were working other projects too, but a simple phone call would have been appreciated. This type of communication is an area that I believe needs improvement. Had to call them back out after the job was supposed to be completed because the door that was replaced was not seated properly and did not seal tightly. This was corrected. Also developed additional leaks in different locations that had not been re-caulked and/or re-sealed when they repaired the roof. Not sure why/how that was overlooked, but they did fix it. While I understand it's always difficult to try to "fix" someone else's messes, and I believe they did the best they could, some parts of the exterior "cover up" don't look all that great, and are not exactly what I expected. Granted, it looks remarkably better than it did, but just not as "polished" as I thought it would be.

When we moved here we were pleased that our house had a screened porch. Being new to Florida we soon learned that the rain does not often come straight down but often blows sideways and changes direction on a whim. We decided we needed to add windows. I had another lower estimate, but after checking I went with Jack Hall Jr's. They gave me a detailed explanation of what they proposed to do and then delivered on their proposal. We are pleased with the modifications and it is our favorite room when the weather is not unbearably hot.

I was reasonably pleased with the work with the exception of their failure to seal the spaces around the door -- leaving me still vulnerable to lizards,ants & other insects. I gave up trying after two or three attempts at reaching the installer failed.

Where do I start. On 9/28/13 I sign a contract for a whole house siding job. Was told this would be completed in 3 to 4 wks. As of this date 12/2/13, it is still not finished. Work did not start until 4 wks after contract. The project was worked on sparactically.
I called every week to find out why no one was working. Always a different story; even blamed the person living there. After job was started a whole week went by with no one showing up and the yard was left with debris scattered everywhere and tools left unsecured. Finally had enough. Ask for an adjustment on invoice for this terrible experience; that got their attention. No Concession There. Did show up the next day.

Let's hope this is done by today Dec 2, If you want a lesson in dealing with an incompetence, call these people.

Excellent and efficient work.  Looks great.  Exactly what I wanted.  Cleaned up well as they worked.

It took them 9 months and 5 days to complete this project. My husband and one of our neighbors did most of the foundation work and also did the block work. The initials contractors were so inept.We were extremely upset with this service. They finally sent in one of their experts to fix the problem. He was apalled at the current status of the project, as were we. We will never use this service again.

They did a good job. They did the work on time and were efficient.

The house looks amazing. They were professional and did a great job.

They have been in the area for a long time so I figured they were legitimate. I didn't have any problems at all. I liked the quality of their work and their efficiency. I would use them again.
