some sort and began chopping the grass out with picks. This left the soil all choppy with big divots that they tried to smooth out but didn't, so the new sod was all rough and choppy. However, I didn't have to worry about that very long, because in within a few months all the new sod had turned to crabgrass. Image Maker may have come out a time or two to treat the crabgrass, but eventually
stopped calling me back. This left me with a yard of all crabgrass.
"Just wondering why it took a year to register any sort of complaint? Don't know the reason for a complaint now a year later. Hard to correct at this late date. Also, sod carries no guarantee of success or fitness. It's a growing plant susceptible to all sorts of disease and most times customers don't want to pay the money it takes to be watered in with irrigation, We perform free irrigation checks if someone purchases sod, but customers don't want the added cost of repairs to make it work right. I don't know if this was the case in this instance or not? Also, it has to been regularly treated with weed killers, and fertilizer. St. Augustine is possibly the highest maintenance grass you can install or have in your yard. Sorry for the hard feelings, not representative of our companies work ethic."
