In addition to taking care of my sprinkler system needs, they also installed low voltage lighting in my front and back yard. The lights accent my special palms, elm, oak and fountain water feature. I love how the lighting turned out! The timers are easy to use too. I highly recommend Imagemaker Land Management LLC. Very professional, and reasonably priced.

Got sod and needed irrigation repair with additional zones added to keep it alive and they responded to my inquiry same day and worked me in their schedule quickly to save my yard. They were also able to install a landscape lighting system to show off my new landscaping that all my neighbors are jealous of. Very professional, fairly priced and top notch quality. Highly recommend and will be using them again without a doubt.

I hired this company to repair my irrigation system that has been dormant for some time. They arrived and recommended that I have replaced and installed a new lake water pick up system. I agreed and they installed that. Since then, due to it not being deep enough in the water and where my last one was, boat propeller have hit it and damaged it. I am at this point not even sure if it will work. During low water lake water levels it is completely exposed. Following that install and after several attempts at texting and calling them to inquire when I might expect them to return to do what I actually hired them to do, I got no response. I am only left to understand that perhaps the job was more than they could do, did not understand how to fix it, or simply was too overwhelming for them. I have no idea. I can accept if it may have been too much for them, but now follow up communications as to why they did not or could not return is hard for me to understand.

My initial phone call was quickly returned and they were able to come over within just a couple of days to look at my yard and give me an estimate. The estimate was extremely reasonable and was completed in one day and they thoroughly explained how the system worked I definitely recommend Image Makers

Had my whole irrigation system repaired by them, very next day it stopped working, paid good money to make sure system was working perfectly, after I called them to come back and look at the system they tell me I have a bad pump now, OK that is understandable it is a 10-year-old pump, but then to charge me an additional service charge I feel was out of line. when they were here the first time I should have been told I might need a new pump. So yes I am not happy with there service, But I will say they did a nice job of installing the new lines.

"Stephen, if I am reading your review right we did a nice job performing the original scope of work. Later, the pump breaks and you asked for us to make the forty-minute, one-way drive to come inspect your system. Unless covered under warranty, which we are happy to do if and when we make mistakes, there is always an $85 service call. We cannot provide the level of service that we do, with knowledge, liability coverage, and overall professionalism, working for free. There are companies that do give free inspections and quotes, we visit their work quite often after they are "done." In regards to being told you might need a new pump, that was no"

Never completed work and was paid in full. Zone 4 won't shut off Incorrect size sprinkler replaced. He came back one day to evaluate the problems and stated he would contct us that week. Left numerous phone calls . HOwever he fails to respond

"Hello Stephen, Steve H with Image Maker. The initial contact repairs were completed on our first visit. You then contacted us saying that your valve would not shut off and after a thorough inspection, which included checking said valve multiple times, we determined that your issue was 100% timer (see: customer reprogrammed) related, and resolved that issue. We did not charge you for this service call. I have no doubt that you reprogrammed it again. Also, you have a current sewage backup in your backyard, there will be no repairs made while those current unpleasant and unsanitary conditions exist. Thank you and have a great day."
