"Mr. [Member Name Removed] hired High Tower Restoration not High Tower Roofing to put his roof on his home and he paid High Tower Restoration. The ownership was different, the companies were different. The restoration company sub- contracted High Tower Roofing to install the roof for Mr. [Member Name Removed]. The restoration company never paid High Tower Roofing for the installation of the roof for Mr. [Member Name Removed] and yes we did lien his home. The restoration company was given a one year warranty for work in which High Tower Roofing performed providing the invoice was paid. Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s roof was installed in 2015 and the warranty has long been expired. Mr. [Member Name Removed] needs to check his receipts and who cashed his check and the bank in which it was cashed. He will find that no employee of High Tower Roofing received his check and it was not deposited in our banking institution."
