We moved into a new house and purchased a sectional, couch, chair, table and stools, and lamp. The sales person Sarah was very helpful and accommodating to our needs and wants. All items were in stock and they scheduled delivery for two days later. The items were delivered as scheduled and brought into our home. Unfortunately, we underestimated the size of the sectional in comparison to our living room and it did not fit. We had to refuse the delivery of the sectional which was a very big deal for the delivery men on a very hot day. They made no complaint and repacked the very large sectional to return it to the store. Before they had even left, customer service called me to inquire what the problem may have been and credited our account without any hassle or attitude about our very obvious mistake. Havertys Furniture knows how to do customer service well and I would highly recommend them for your needs. In fact, we went back and bought another sectional that will fit in our living room.
