GUTTER WORKS

We'd had a previous gutter installer completely mess up the job on one side of the house and made it clear that we wanted to make sure this job would be done right. Gutter Works came out only to put up Leaf Guard around the whole house. My husband told him that if nowhere else, to please make sure that the visible side of the house was done right. The previous person had done a really poor job and it was driving me crazy to look at it. Gutter Works came out and on the only (main) side of the house where you could see the Leaf Guard, they put 2 different types of Leaf Guard that were plainly different. It looked horrible. It took SIX WEEKS of me calling and being pacified with "we'll be out this week" and no one showing up and then finally, me threatening to call the Better Business Bureau to have them come out and fix it. They gave me several excuses: told me that one brand was on back order (not true), the only guy who could fix it had the flu for a week, they had other jobs, etc... I will NEVER do business with this company again. The worst is I'd even promised him extra work after this job and it did not improve his response time at all! He had the audacity after 6 weeks of lies on his part and threats on mine, to ask if I still wanted him to do the extra work when the job was finally completed!
