The floors and shower themselves were done in a skilled manner to which I have no complaints. The grouting around the edges of the flooring however, was done in a very sloppy manner and in some areas non existent. My main complaint is that in both the bathroom and the kitchen the contractor for Galloway busted the rolled wood edges off of the crown molding baseboard instead of installing the tile underneath the baseboard. ( I didn't realize this could be done until I had another tile man install tile in my guest bathroom and entrance) Lastly, Galloway's contractor did not properly secure the toilet down in the master bathroom before grouting around it. I did not become aware of the toilet being improperly secured until 2013 at which time I called Galloway carpet, informed them of my problem, and they sent a plumber out to fix my problem which was found to be a broken mount bolt. I appreciated the repair of the toilet mount but this does not make up for the destruction of the crown molding baseboards in my kitchen and bathroom. I realize this review is old but I feel my experience is pertinent and should be taken into account when considering this company for services.
