He damaged two of my pool pipelines. Cost me $425 for repairs. He needs to pay for. He also broke my cement wall, said he would fix that, he has not yet. He did not clean up any of the huge mess he made.

Three days in a row they have not shown up despite guarantees over phone that they would come. I cannot even reach them, they do not answer the phone and mailbox is full. I had good luck the first time I used them but definitely, will not be using again. So frustrating.

THE OWNER DAVID CUTS WHAT AND WHERE HE WANTS; HE WILL NOT DO WHAT I ASK; DOES NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS; THEY CUT DOWN A PERFECTLY GOOD PALM TREE AND ALL OF MY IRISES! STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THESE VERY UNPROFESSONAL, RUDE PEOPLE! IF I HAD THE CHOICE, I WOULD NOT EVEN LEAVE A ONE-HALF STAR RATING!

"It was a palm frond,one limb, not a tree. We can't work with or for someone that every other word out of your month is G.D and SON of a B. We cut everything you asked including cut above your septic tank, also assisted you when other Lawn care services would not return after one visit (your words to me) . My company was never rude to you. I just don't answer the phone at 10 pm. Also we never and I mean NEVER were Disrespectful. Even when you told my employee to shut the f up and go sit in the truck over a limb being trimmed that was dying. So best of luck to you and we will keep you in our prayers Sincerely David"

Scheduled tree trimming 6 weeks ago for one tree. Was told they would be out in three day but they never showed up and I never received a call. I called two weeks later and they said they would come out the next day. They did and cut one limb down and said they needed a lift to finish the job. That was two and a half weeks ago and I have heard nothing from them and we have had no rain in the last two weeks. I have hired someone else to complete the job.
