I bought the car from a different dealer and because it was still under warranty, we took it to the dealer. But then, when the warranty was off I had to find something closer. A neighbor had got a BMW that looks just like mine, and he told me about another company, that he really liked them and so I decided to start taking it there. They were nice enough but it seemed like they were so expensive. I would grade Fields BMW a B just because they were nice enough people but it seemed like they were price gouging. If I would ever buy a new BMW, I probably would go there but, I probably won't be buying another BMW.

They'd given my wife a new car and taken her car. They're going to try and fix it. We'll see whether they're successful. I've had both good and bad experiences with them. During all these rain, there seems to be a leak in the car. The BMW side, I've had good experience. The Mercedes side, I would rate C+. They're the only Mercedes and BMW place in Lakeland or I would have to go to Tampa. I've done several car dealerships back in my days, so I know a lot about automobiles. A lot of people don't know, they'll go in there and they'll pay. This is true at any dealership though, if you don't know what you're doing, you're going to be paying a lot more because they're just not familiar with dealerships. The owner is very professional.
