The installer from JMS  caused my sink to leak and I lost hot water when he insisted on changing the plumbing I'd just had done even though I told him NOT to !  He blamed the plumber.  

It took me all morning to get even a call from the owner of JMS who "mansplained" to me how none of this was his guy's fault.  Then the installer called me with directions on how to adjust things.  I did just as he explained. Didn't work. Finally he came back out later that afternoon and blamed me for turning the knob incorrectly!  

While he was here, I asked him to check the dishwasher to make sure everything was working and he stated, " No, I checked it already when I was here before."  Then he left.  This morning I turned on the dishwasher and it leaked all over the floor before I could turn it off, creating a shock hazard.  

Still NOT resolved

They priced matched, including the 10% discount for our new dryer. The repair man recommended that we replace our old and aging rubber hoses with quality wire hoses prior, which Famous Tate later installed for us. They were also courteous, efficient and clean with their service, leaving no followup and a satisfaction guarantee.

The glass door on the warming oven kept breaking and they kept ordering new ones that were still broken. We ordered a double oven in April and didn't see it till September. When things were breaking or not working, they were extremely hard to get ahold of and get someone out to fix it. Eventually we just decided to hire a sub-contractor to finish the job.
