Evangelisto Construction & Cabinets

The job went great. Doug is a pleasure to with and Dakota is great too. The house looks better than it ever has.

Started about a week after contract agreed upon. Increased cost involved due to unforeseen issues discovered during demo & re-framing of soffit. We paid for all cabinets (15), studs, drywall & supplies, and misc. supplies separate from the contract for labor only. Took about 1 week to complete. Home Depot sub-contracted out our granite countertops and their installation. All of Larry's staff staff were very pleasant, professional and did their jobs well. Cleaned up good at end of each day, however delay in haul away of contractor bags outside in front of house. A job well done. The price listed below is for labor only.

Had a little problem with Granite man but he came true with a really nice Granite top.Nice people to do business with.Will use again and recommend .

Doug Evangelisto did a great job for us. He was timely, courteous of my schedule and extremely professional. He has good sub-contractors working for him and when there were small issues he resolved them quickly. He dealt with his subs so I only had to work with him. The end result is a beautiful new kitchen that I am very happy with.

We were impressed from the outset at Doug's responsiveness. He responded to our first inquiry within an hour, on a weekend. He arrived prompty to gather info for an estimate and listened closely to what we wanted to do. His appearance and demeanor were very professional. 
Doug worked with us to amend our original plan to make the project fit our expectations and our budget. His subcontractors who handled the demolition and masonry work did a superb job, and Doug was here to get them started and ensure their understanding of the work to be done. On top of it all, Doug offered Angie's List members a discount, which we appreciated very much. 
We would not hesitate to call on Doug for future remodeling work or to recommend his services to others. We interacted with and obtained estimates from several other contractors but Doug made our choice easy. His professionalism, responsiveness, competitive pricing, and flexibility distinguished him and his company.

After talking to three contractors I knew that Doug Evangelisto was going to be the right fit. This was the first time i had done any project this size and Doug is a kind Christian man who was very involved and helped my wife and I through the remodel process from the very start. Doug was the middle of the three quotes that i received, but his knowledge and interest in this project made the decision easy for me. Doug's crew was very hard working and punctual everyday. They always were considerate of my wife and my mother who spent most week days at my house overseeing things for me. Randy, one of Doug's men was very courteous and worked as hard by himself as he did when Doug was there. Doug had a very simple standard, "do it right". All of the work was done with that goal in mind and the finished product showed that. I would not hesitate to contact Doug for my next project or to recommend him to everyone who needs any remodeling work done.

This design was for the Bathroom. They were friendly when they came out. They listened to our ideas and made recommendations. We have not gone forth with the project yet.

The service provided was awesome. He was fantastic. Anybody who wanted to use them would be pleased. We'll be using them again for bathroom remodel.

It was fine. I purchased it online and they came out shortly thereafter. He seemed very polite, very friendly, and very nice. He gave me a copy of the kitchen design that he worked up while he was here, a price, and it was fine. He was fine for what he did.

They never sent me my plans. He was really nice and everything when he was here, he just never sent the plans.

These guys were wonderful. Doug and his men were very professional and cordial. Doug is just amazing. He's very warm-hearted and easy to talk to.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went really good. They did provide an estimate for how much the work would entail. I need to get back to them about certain things about the quote. For the money that I paid, they gave me a plan of what I get done and that I did receive. Now I have to go further because there is a discount if you have the work done by them. I still don't know what the construction of the cabinets and if everything that I wanted was included in the quote because the quote was too general. They e-mailed the design to me in a PDF file and that was good.

The gentleman came and did some measuring for some possible work on plumbing I'm getting done. The work is already done and it was a quick turnaround. Everything went great. He did everything he said he was going to do in the coupon. He even did some extra estimates on other projects free of charge. It was my first experience with doing what we were doing, so I haven't really had a chance to compare him to others. He was very fast. He advertised in one of the coupons for plans and we were talking about doing our bathrooms. It is something we are going to do in the future.

Smooth. Always showed up on time or called the previous day if rain was predicted.

So I guess what I am saying is, if you need an honest and reasonably priced contractor...Call Doug!!! He and his crew did a wonderful job and take pride in their work! They actually stand back and look at the finished product...the few things that I didn't think came out exactly as I had envisioned...they fixed!
