Chad and the Emerald team effectively eliminated my pest problem and didn't quit until the job was done correctly and the verbal okay was given by me to terminate their services. It's rare to find people with such strong work ethics, integrity, and at a low cost. I would recommend Emerald to anyone looking for pest elimination or lawn care services.

IF YOU HAVE RATS, HIRE CHAD EMERALD SPRAY SERVICE! If I could give this company 6 stars I would. Living on a lake for the past 35yrs, I have experience with pest and pest control companies, but Emerald Spray has been the best by a long margin. Chad never let up until my problem was solved. He even came over on a Friday night at 9PM when my wife had a rat encounter with no hesitation and then he continued to call and come over until we finally trapped our pest. His initial assessment of my problem and then implementation of the solution was perfect. He really took his time going over every area of my property and house, both inside and out. He found entry ways the rats were entering our house that no one else had ever identified! I also like his no poison policy so my dogs were never at risk. Chad treated the problem. All other pest control companies treat the symptoms and that's why I continued to have problems all these years. Thanks to Chad, my rodent issues are in the past!
