Roofing
They never finished the work. Eventually they requested 2000 more for work which I am not going to pay. Now I have trouble getting my home insured. Keith Hightower initiated the contract and is a sub-contractor for Duggan Construction. The city of Lakeland would not pass the roof and put a Hydro Stop roof on, who is also at fault for this and I have had other roofers look at the roof and refuse to do work, which makes me believe that Hydro Stop is preventing these companies from working on the roof. Overall mess with the entire job.
