Discount Doors

After getting quotes from two other companies, I decided to go with this company.  I was told from the very beginning that I would not have to pay anything until the job was finished.  The door that I chose had to be ordered and it would take 10 days.  I was contacted by e-mail that the door was in and the installation would be on Thursday/ 01/26/12 at around 10am.  They arrived at the promised time and started right to work, they dismantled the old garage door and replaced it with the new one along with the new garage door opener.  They worked non stop until the job was finished and they cleaned up behind themselves and removed all of the old garage door parts.  I was explained how to operate the door and the key-less pad opener and to set my personal codes.

I do not know all of the mechanics of garage doors, but out of the other companies that I called they had the cheapest service charge. In the end it seemed overpriced for the work that he actually did, however I was very happy with the service charge. I was pleased with the service. The technician originally told me that I should have the door replaced, however I told him that I was not ready for a full replacement and he was willing to just do a repair for me. He took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me. They were able to come out that day which was nice.

I had them install the new door back in October of 05. When they first started the job they left it unfinished. It took them several hours to complete the job and they did not have the door installed properly. They came back to fix the problem and repair the rubber caulking around the door. I repeatedly asked for warranty information, they would give me the run around. I have been trying to contact this company for several months to get my warranty information and they have yet to respond.
