CLARKES CUSTOM AIR INC

The service tech's are courteous, but the Office manager/receptionist is so rude and nasty, that I will never use this company again. For the warranty to be valid must be serviced once a year. I must have it serviced every couple of months, with no price reduction. When I called, the receptionist and told her I couldn't afford to have it fixed so often, and occasionally let it go for a couple of weeks, she asked me what changed now?

They're always good when they come out. They always do the job quickly and that's fine that way. We called them a couple of times over the weekend. I think they advertised that they have 24-hour service. One time, we called them on a Friday night and we weren't able to get a hold of anyone until Monday morning. They were great once we spoke with them. The work was great. There were no problems. They should answer the phone on a weekend. I thought they were reasonable. We're still under warranty. They're probably competitive with other people.

They were really honest when they came out. They looked over the system and were very straight up about what needed to be done. They could have tried to take me for more money, but they did not and just did what needed to be done. They are the only HVAC company I will use in this area.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH CLARKE'S CUSTOM AIR INC AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING. THEY ARE VERY NICE AND POLITE. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, WHICH WAS VERY GENEROUS.
