I thought it was unreasonable. It was something they did which I didn't like. They did some work but the work was not completed or something was wrong with the work. They were actually here to replace a sink faucet and what they did was actually replace the parts of the faucet. They didn't correct it. As far as I can remember, all they did was they completed the work but as far as I'm concerned, it was not complete.

It went terrific. It was very reasonably priced. $70 included service call and installation. He was very prompt and professional. All business, in and out.
