IThe staff is so professional and the owner is a lovely person.They also fit you in if you have an emergency. The company cleaned our floors and my husband said they looked like new (the floors are over 20 years old). I have often left my home to do errands while they are working, something I do not do with other workman. It is always a pleasure to have the man who regularly has done the work for in our home. He is pleasant and very professional. I have recommended them to others friends and family. I would rate this company as excellent for their outstanding customer service, professionalism, and friendly attitude.
