Fantastic! They responded very quickly, replaced the heater on time, cleaned up everything like they were never there and the price was very fair. I've used them a number of times and consider them the best plumbers I have ever done business with.

He does all my work, he's awesome. He never has to do a callback. Left the area clean. He's always prompt, does the work all in the same day. If he doesn't answer the phone he calls me right back. I've used him multiple times. He just makes good decisions. He's just done a great job for me.

We were very impressed with the good humor, punctuality, and professional manner of the plumber.  First he had to turn on the water to the house which was buried in the front yard.  From there he found a leak in the sprinkler system which he repaired.  We wanted a new turn off valve more easily accessible.  He installed a lever on the wall instead of a round knob in the ground.  Next he repaired two toilets, a leak in the spray hose on the kitchen sink, and unstopped a slow shower drain.  There was no mess.  He did a great job and we will call B&W Plumbing again.  Highly recommended!!
