My 2004 Acura TSX only had 61,000 miles on it and was afraid the damages might be total loss. Didn't know who to use, and asked Insurance agent who they hear from that folks were happy with and Band B was one name and a lot of import car owners had used them. Tony was very helpful, and contacted us frequently as needed to keep us informed of status of the Insurance adjusters visit which was done on site, and took the extra time to test out our Navigation system and stereo system to be sure the accident had not also been damaged. We wanted to take advantage of the car in the shop to go ahead and paint the sides where nicks from card doors and small imperfections had grown over time, and Tony suggested his detailer could probably buff a lot of that out and touch it up for us for less than $200. We did that and paid for it ourselves. When I drove away, he assured me to call him if anything else surfaced after picking up the car. True to his word, he responded when I felt the car pulling to the left after driving away. He responded with contacting the adjusters and we are just waiting to first be sure it isn't just the tire pressure being uneven before we do anything more. Tony suggested if the tire pressure doesn't resolve the issue, we can bring it in to rotate the tires, and then if unresolved, they will work with the adjusters to look into further. (The type of hit should not have caused this and the adjusters say they won't cover it, but Tony said we can work with adjusters once we rule out it isn't just the tires)
That's a lot of personal attention to detail and satisfaction coming from the owner. Elaine, the office staff was also very pleasant.
I wouldn't hesitate to use B and B again, and glad to find them to fix my 2004 baby.

Tony and his crew did a fantastic job removing and repairing rust on the roof of my Trailblazer. The paint matches perfectly and I can't see where they did the repair. It matches that well! The work was done on time and under the estimated cost.I would recommend B and B Auto Works to all of my friends!
