Beware when signing a 3 yr service contract. We signed a contract in Nov 2019. We were told that would give us 2 pump outs and an inspection every year. They also talked us into buying two risers to make it more convenient for them to check the system. Not only did the salesperson charge me $737.70 3 times because he kept loosing signal on his iPad, but it took me a month to get that money back. I emailed a few weeks ago to have my final inspection and pump out. I was told by Roland Young, a supervisor for Residential division that my 3 year contract had been fulfilled . If my contract was signed on the 4,Nov 2019 then they owe me another inspection and pump out. According to Mr Young they did not owe me anything. They counted my first cleanout and inspection 11/4/2019, the second inspection 11/11/2020 and the third inspection 12/16/21. That was what was included in the three year contract. My contract specifically states 3Yr Service Contract, Not two year service contract. The salesperson sold me two pump outs and a 3 yr contract. Apparently Mr Young has difficulty in calculating how many years make 3. Please do your diligence and make the salesperson spell out everything you get included in that contract specifically!

What an enjoyable company to do business with. Super fast response to my inquiry and they scheduled next day. Communications were done through emails with immediate responses. Provider was on time and left premises as they found it. Too bad I only have to use Averett every 3 to 5 years. Other service providers could learn a lot from them on how to do business and treat customers.

Averett showed up on time and were very professional. They were able to locate the septic tank in a few minutes and quickly got to work. Throughout the process they were available to answer our questions and provide information about our tank and drain field. They pumped both sides of the tank and cleaned the filter, showing us how to perform our own filter maintenance in the process. The final price matched the quote they gave over the phone. I would use them again.

Called that morning due to a back of water in our bathrooms. Technician was to be at the house between 2-4 and showed up 10 minutes early. Pumped the septic and we are not flooded anymore. We asked to have someone come look at the whole drain field and they will get back to us to set that up. I am so happy they were able to make it out the same day.

Company was responsive with same day service. The two gentlemen that made the repairs were knowledgeable, prompt, businesslike, and tidy.

Work was done quickly and efficiently.  Only complaint is they covered most of our grass that wasn't dug up with dirt and we had to resod almost the entire front yard.

They came out as scheduled, fast, courteous and professional.

Alex arrived ahead of time...was very knowledgeable about what had to be done...worked as hard as he could...was a professional all the way...saved me lots of money and time. I would recommend Alex and his company anytime of the week.

The crew of men worked quickly and efficiently . Rerouted the drainage to the side of property and replaced all existing soil. Not one rose bush was damaged in the replacement !! System finished by end of afternoon. Everything working well.

It all went very well, from my phone call to them, through the work done at my home and explanations of the problem, the care taken to replace sod, and advice for future care of the septic system.  Very professional through the enitre experience.  Our home is fairly new, we moved in during March 2012 as first occupants, and this is the company that installed the system originally.  I wished the price for the service might have been a bit lower to reflect those facts; but, I suppose everyone usually wishes for a lower price, and in fairness, I didn't ask for a lower price either.  All in all, these guys were very professional and I would not hesitate to call them again when needed.

They were wonderful.  I thought that the price was very reasonable.  They were prompt, nice, and clean and they did the job.  I just thought that they were a good company.

It was great. They're a good company and I've always had good experiences with them. They're prompt, courteous, and the price is reasonable. I don't have anything bad to say. They're very professional. I actually had something that was not related to the pumping of the septic tank that they actually fixed for free, so they're just really kind and nice people. I've used them several times already.

We were having problems with our septic tank draining, I was sure we needed a new drain field. I Called  Averett  to come out and check it. Sam Averett came out the next day. Sam checked out the drain field and determined that there was a blockage in the line. I had let the tank go too long without pumping it out. Sam cleared the line and the tank started to drain. Sam said I should get get a few more years service out of the drain field. Sam Averett is a honest man and he is not afraid to get his hands dirty. Sam could have replaced the drain field for a cost of $8,000.00 and I would not have known any different. We also asked to to pump the other two tanks we have on the property. This was back in November 2012 and we have had no further problems since he came out. Thanks SAM

David came to the house and gave me a very competitive estimate.  I had 3 people give me estimates.  About a month later I decided to get the work done by Averette Septic.  David came out again on a Monday, he was very professional both times.  He explained that he had to pull permits for the work and this could take a few days so he estimated that he would be able to do the job in 4  days, on Friday.  To my surprise the work was completed 2 days later on Wednesday.  The yard was left very neat, I had just had the house and driveway pressure washed and there was no mess left in the driveway or yard at all.  Just the dirt in the back over the drain field which had been raked out neatly.  I think they even pulled a weed along the back of my house!  I am very happy with the work they have done and would use them again and happily recommend them to anyone.
