Initially, we got a bid from another company for over $1000 for some simple electrical work required of us by our insurance carrier on our (new-to-us) 1970's home. When Arnett went out to bid the property, the bidder, Jason, tried to reach me to no avail, but in good faith, did the simple fix for only $95!!! He didn't want to charge me for coming out twice, and instead took the risk and fixed the simple problem. I was thrilled, to say the least, that I was saving OVER $1,000!! A little later, my insurance carrier came back to say I needed MORE electrical work. I spoke again with Jason and he really tried to convince me that this was a frivolous demand of my insurance carrier, but they insisted. With much pushback (he was pushing back on business that I was willing to pay for!) he did the work. Appx $300. Still a far cry from the first bid that didn't even include this job! YET AGAIN, my insurance carrier came back saying I needed more work (ahem, we are shopping for other carriers). I called Arnett, and Jason called me back saying that this demand was absolutely ridiculous. Instead of doing the work and charging me $300-400 (like he VERY well could have--and with a good conscious!) Jason took the time to walk me through the reasons why this was a ridiculous demand. I called the insurance and they told me if he would submit a letter, we could probably go without doing the work. Jason took the time to write a letter, sign it and email it over to me so I can satisfy my insurance carrier. I feel BLESSED and thankful. Arnett could have squeezed 400 more bucks out of me, but instead, they did what was honest and I am thoroughly grateful. You have one happy customer!

They did great. They were quick to respond and didn't damage anything while they fixed what needed to be repaired. We had our brand new house built in June of last year, so the service didn't cost us anything because it was under a builder's warranty. We are looking to do additional work with them.

They are very good. Their pricing is reasonable. They came back to upgrade some lighting to make it look better. They did it all in one day. They were professional and courteous. I am thinking about using them again.
