APE Services has done several jobs for us. We have hired them to clean and service our rental properties and also repair our personal residential AC. They are very professional and conscientious. Their prices are competitive and they honor their estimates. We have been particularly impressed by the extent to which they keep us informed and make themselves available after completing a job. I can't say enough good things about APE Services. My AC decided to break down unexpectedly towards the end of the year, and I was starting to panic because of the holidays. I gave them a call, and they were very responsive and had someone out to my house the very next day. The technician, Julian, was awesome. He showed up right on time, was super friendly, and actually took the time to walk me through what was going on with my system. I appreciated how he didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need but gave me some helpful advice to avoid future issues. They got the job done quickly and didn’t leave a mess behind, which is always a plus. The pricing was fair, especially given the time of year. I’ll definitely be using them for any future HVAC work and maintenance. Great service all around!
