I can't imagine finding a more patient or a more professional real estate expert! Andrea showed me an endless stream of properties before we found the right home for me to purchase and she was unfailingly superb in her knowledge of Lakeland's neighborhoods, developers, building integrity and design, and all the other factors with which a buyer must be concerned. Andrea also represented my brother and me in the sale of a family home. She went so far above and beyond what would be expected that it is hard to summarize it all. She stepped in and handled some challenging arrangements with 
vendors when I could not be present and their services were required. She made it a point to be present at inspections and she helped us locate a roofer who did a terrific job for us. She made interactions with my brother easy - he resided in another part of the state. We were beyond pleased with the outstanding job she did! I have recommended her to friends and will continue to do so enthusiastically.
