The owner of American Pool Builders was on the sight constantly making sure everything was going smoothly.  Any time we had questions or concerns all we had to do was pick up the phone or email Jeff and he would answer right away.    I would definitely recommend American Pool Builders because of the high integrity and work ethic demonstrated by the owner.

I had two people come to my home and give me estimates for a pool and screenroom. When I got the estimates only American Pool Builders had listed everything that I wanted on their estimate. Even though their estimate was $1000.00 more, I knew that I would be getting everything I asked for without and adjustment to the price.
We had a little problem with Poinciana Villages approval process (the plans were 5 inches over the 10 ft easement). This delayed the startup of the pool for about a month (sending in the plans, receiving the rejection letter, and sending in new plans).
.Once the approval was completed we were delayed another 3 days because the San Juan Pools driver was out sick. However, once they got started, the pool was finished in 3 weeks. When you are digging holes in sand, rain does you no favors.
All of the people who worked on the pool and screen room were professional. After it was completed, they spent another 4 hours making sure the ground in my backyard was graded properly.
I would definitely recommend this company.

The installation was good.  The service was good at that time.  Now, 3 years later, when we have tried to call them, they have not responded to our calls.
