After several hurdles, my utility sink is finally installed completely. The frustrations previously noted can’t be erased. What was most frustrating was the fact that I’ve used All Pro Plumbing on several previous occasions over the past few years and had no problems. Grant (the plumber throughout the job) has been very understanding and either addressed directly, or listened attentively to, why what took place over the past few weeks caused my frustration, and I appreciate that. As a result, I feel confident that I can continue to utilize All Pro Plumbing and just “chalk” this up as an unfortunate experience.

The plumber told me the spigot would be over $200 plus the cost of the concrete to cover the spigot back up. Total cost $430. The job took less than 30 minutes, the part cost less than $12 at-home depot and he used spray foam to fill the hole. Not professional, not honest, and definitely not quality or worth the cost!

They called to say they would be at my house at 4pm, arrived at 3:30pm, The young 19yo boy, 4th generation plumber, knew exactly what to do, where he figured the leak was after testing the sinks, dug the hole found it fast and fixed it right away, didnt waist his time with the camera snake, reasonably priced by the job and not by the hour, plus gave the military discount no questions asked

They did most of the work but made a couple of mistakes when they piped the bathroom sinks (hot and cold were reversed). They were supposed to come the next day and finish, however their supervisor pulled them for a commercial job, so now there are holes in the drywall that she cannot repair until the inspection. The inspection cannot be completed until they complete their work. She has already paid them in full for all the work. She has called several times and just gets the run around from them and the supervisor will not call her. I will never use them myself ever, and she will never use them again for anything.

They quoted over $350 to replace the gasket between toilet tank and bowl, saying that was their book rate and that unforeseen problems drive up the cost. I declined, and then hired a different company who found the problem: lose bolts holding the tank to the bowl. Total repair cost: $89. Moral of the story, don't ever fall for the "book rate" line. What a rip-off!

Not sure if you have the wrong company but we don't quote prices over the phone and we have a $49 diagnostic fee with the fee being waived if any work is done. One of my commercial tenants had a serious plumbing issue come up at the very end of the day and was faced with having to cancel some important revenue producing business the next day if we could not get plumbing assistance very quickly. A All Pro sent an excellent Plumber out promptly and got the problem handled so my Tenant was able to move forward with their meeting. It was a win-win!

The experience working with All Pro Plumbing was excellent. They were able to schedule for the same day and even offered to come earlier, upon a cancellation. The family that received services had a disabled mother, elderly, and a child in the home and had to use store water to shower because of the issue; they are also on a fixed income and could not afford much. THIS COMPANY PROVIDED THEM THE SERVICE FOR FREE. I cannot say how glad I am that businesses like this are still operating and taking care of their community. Thank you again to all that helped. You all are a blessing and I wish all of you the best.

Teri and her team at All Pro Plumbing were able to quickly respond to our needs after our home had flooded due to a clogged main drain line. They sent out multiple employees multiple different times during a period, when we needed a large amount of work done. As a first time homeowner, we were unsure of what was happening within our pipes, and All Pro Plumbing did a fantastic job at providing information before, during, and after working, as well as always providing an upfront price for the work, so we were never surprised. Teri and her team were always willing to work with us and provide us with the best service and the best price possible. We had used other plumbing services prior to All Pro, and the customer service and response time do not compare. We will continue to use All Pro Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs forward.

Very well. Wasn't the nightmare I was expecting. All Pro did excellent work and walked me through the whole process. Entire crew were great to work with and I would have no problem leaving them alone in my house. Got everything done ahead of time with no lunch breaks. Would recommend them and hire them again in a heartbeat! Jim in the office was also great to work with. Hire these guys!! You won't be disappointed!

Had a leak on 3/4 inch main water line leak on the side of the house, The man that came out was very professional, worked for two hours in the cold until he was sure the leak was fixed. I would call All Pro Plumbing again for any Plumbing jobs again.

I started to install a new bathroom vanity and sink, It quickly got out of hand. Called on Sat. Got appointment for Monday. Took care of the problem and made sure it was water tight.

They were out within an hour of my call and got right to work. Justin was very professional and did a great job. He had to clear the drain through the roof vent and was done within about an hour.

Patrick immediately identified the problem as coming from the water heater and shut it off. He had to come back the next day with a jackhammer and cement to fill the hole. He did a good job and cleaned up when he finished. He hauled away the concrete he had broken up.

Called All Pro on Tuesday 6/18, for service on a water heater. It was leaking. We set service call for Thursday, 6/20, After some investigation, I decided to buy new water heater instead of repairing. Called back later to tell them that service would be an installation instead of service. Jim called me after hours to assure me that they would do installation on Thursday. Todd from All Pro showed up right on time on Thursday. Very nice and polite individual. He did the installation perfectly. I would use All Pro again.
