Clipper Still of All About Blinds in Lakeland FL provided service way above my expectations.  I can recommend his products, service and courtesy with the highest degree of confidence.  The plantation shutters are beautiful.  The color of the shutters match the trim around my windows perfectly.  They provide a true elegance to the four rooms in which they are installed.  The binds in one room fit perfectly and are expertly installed.

Home was in need of being updated and I decided to start with the living room/dining room area. Service was very professional with the initial meeting through the installation. No change in the price. Product and installation was timely. Quality of blinds was exactly as presented when selection was made. Mr. Still was helpful in the selection and answered all my questons. I PICKED OUT THE VERTICALS I WANTED, BUT WHEN THEY CAME TO INSTALL THEM THEY DIDN'T HAVE CHAINS(ON BOTTOM). I DIDN'T SPECIFY THAT I WANTED CHAINS WHEN ORDER WAS PLACED(TOOK FOR GRANTED IT WOULD COME W/ORDER.) THEY DID COME BACK AND INSTALL THE CHAINS. I WOULD MAKE IT CLEAR TO SALES REP. IF YOU WANTED THEM WITH OR W/OUT THE CHAINS WHEN ORDERING.
